This is a project for a mock company with a large network of receptionists across the US. It aims to introduce a group of receptionists to the Google Drive platform by first teaching them how to create a new, blank document, in Google Documents.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project aims to tighten work from home schedule inconsistencies noticed by a fictional company. The employees and managers have expressed that they are having a hard time separating work and personal tasks and sticking to a schedule that works while at home. In this self-guided training, the learners help Malachi, a character who has some ideas about how he can make his work from home life more enjoyable, to create a daily work schedule. The employees learn the critical components to creating a schedule for working from home. In the next module, they create a schedule for themselves in a virtually hosted instructor led training.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The fictional company is noticing that tensions are rising between coworkers upon returning to the office after the pandemic. The project aims to close tense gaps and create better cooperation amongst employees through encouraging the use of crucial conversations. The module explains to the learners why crucial conversations are important and how they can prepare. The learners engage in practicing crucial conversations before completing the module in preparation for the next module.
